Security

PrismCRMstar is hosted on a fully managed and secure server, each account being protected with a unique username password facility.

User access

To access an account, a user is required to log in with a registered account name, user name and password. If this password is forgotten or lost, a reminder can be requested either via the log in screen or by emailing support. An identification process will be required before a new password is generated.

Hosting

Our server, which is owned by part of the PIPEX Group, is housed in a purpose-built UK data centre, benefiting from UPS and generator power backup, strict environmental control and high levels of security.

Back up

We perform a weekly tape backup. You can purchase a copy of this on a monthly basis. To discuss this option, please contact us. (The backup data you receive will only be compatible with the PrismCRMstar system).

99.9% Uptime Guaranteed

Our server has over 100 points of presence (PoPs) across the UK and consequently is not reliant on any one other company for internet connectivity. The data centres which we use have multiple interconnects with the network and all network equipment is duplicated, enabling us to guarantee and achieve 99.9% uptime as part of our service level agreement.
